Ken became of friend of when I was a graduate student in the chemistry department. He was always kind to me and would offer up some of his latest cooking whenever I was in the stockroom. He was a good man.

I got to know Ken when I was in the chemistry department. He always wryly called me “Ernest T” and he was a friend and a kind soul. My thoughs and prayers with you all as the memories of him bring a smile to me
