Loved my cousin billy he was a special friend and loved he danced with at family events and sent a beautiful plant many years ago he always have a special place in my heart and know aunt red and uncle bill will take care of him and till we meet again billy give everyone in heaven hugs and kisses always love you my cousin

I loved visiting Brookdale, when my Dad Ralph was there for about 7 months. Bill had a language all his own, but I loved talking with him and just being in his world. He was truly a wonderful man. Rita Martin
