Obituary
MIDDLETON - Glen Theodore Poetter, age 96, of Middleton, went to be with Jesus on Sunday, May 23, 2021, at UW Hospital and Clinics. He was born on May 14, 1925, in Milwaukee, the son of Werner and Mabel (Knicklebein) Poetter.
Glen proudly served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of the VFW Post No. 8216.
Glen is survived by his daughter, Tracey (Peter) Bindl; grandchildren, Andrew (Lisa) Bindl, Holly (Jim) De Lap, and Elizabeth (Matt) Davis; and great-grandchildren, Alexander and Stella Bindl, Autumn De Lap and Harmony Davis. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Beverly Poetter; son, Steve Poetter; and sister, Janet Sax.
