Mary K. Perrin

WAUWATOSA/MADISON - Mary K. Perrin, age 70, was born to eternal life on Monday, Sept. 27, 2021, at Agrace HospiceCare, Fitchburg. She was born on Feb. 5, 1951, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Edward and Katherine (Koch) Dunker. She worked for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee at Holy Cross Cemetery for 24 years until she retired in 2013. Mary was a longtime member of Christ King Catholic Church in Wauwatosa and loved being a part of the choir. She had a passion for music and enjoyed singing at weddings, funerals and masses. She was generous and compassionate, always putting others first before herself. Mary was a creative soul who had a passion for counted cross stitch, and she loved immersing herself in a good book. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. She adored her granddaughter, Haley, and was proud to be her loving Grammie. Mary is survived by her daughter, Nicole; son, Christopher (Tracy); beloved granddaughter, Haley; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Phillip, in 2011; her parents; sister, Christine Lipo; and brothers, Edward, Thomas and James Dunker. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at CHRIST KING CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2604 N. Swan Blvd., Wauwatosa, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021, with Father Michael Lawinger presiding. Burial will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Mass on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. The family wishes to thank the staff of Fountainhead Homes in Madison, especially Mate, Mukumba, Tiffany, and Martha, as well as the staff of Agrace HospiceCare, especially Becky Jung and Dr. Alexis Eastman, for all of their wonderful care and support given to Mary and her family.
