Merlin M. Zeller

MADISON - Merlin M. Zeller, age 68, of Madison, passed away after a long illness on Saturday, May 15, 2021, at St. Mary's Hospital. He was born on Monday, Oct. 13, 1952, in Madison. Merlin attended Madison East High School. He enjoyed truck driving for Mayflower for many years. He went to Iraq and Kuwait to drive truck in convoy for a while. Merlin also enjoyed spending a lot of time with his family, pets, cousins, and friends. He was the best brother you could ever ask for and will be missed very much. He is with the other part of his family now. We love and miss you so much. Merlin is survived by two sisters, Cheryl Denny (Steve Hanson) and Jana (David) Falkler; two nephews, Willie (Stephanie) Peat and John Squires; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Maylee, Hazlee, Wil and Chase. He was preceded in death by his father, George Zeller; mother, Charlene Peat; step-dad, Bill Peat; brothers, Michael and Raymond; sister, Cindy; and niece, Becky.
