Ronald Francis Schmitz

My big brother, Ron, was the best big brother a girl could want. He always made time for me when we were growing up in-spite of him being 6 years older. I have so many good memories of him. I'm so glad that this past year, with Covid and not being able to see each other, that we communicated daily, sometimes several times in the day, by text. We so enjoyed picking on and teasing each other. He is going to be missed dearly. There won't be a day go by that I won't be thinking of him. Love you big brother...rest in peace.

Sorry for your loss. What a good friend Ron has been over the years – he always had my back since high school when I was a Freshman and he was a Senior. Several times since we were retired he would show up at the door and we would visit all afternoon. He will be missed by all who knew him. Don and Maisy Magnuson

Oh, the Tug of War Memories!

Dear Dorothy and Colby, Grant and I are so very sorry for your loss. Most of our memories of Ron are when Colby was growing up. Ron was such an involved, proud and supportive Dad.
