MADISON - Beverly G. Kurt, age 60, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. She was born on Jan. 21, 1961, in Madison, the daughter of John and Henrietta (Nolden) Kurt.
Beverly was an avid Packers fan and cherished her cat, Rocko and birds, Peter and Barney. She had a keen memory for whomever she met. She never forgot their name and even recognized their voice.
Beverly is survived by her three brothers, Lawrence (Janet) Kurt, Fred (Joy) Kurt and Ray (Nancy) Kurt; two sisters, Marilyn (Lorney) Spahn and Elaine (CR) Rumpel; sister in-law, Elaine Kurt; and her special friends and caregivers, Kitty Mazzara, Amber Dietzman, Karen Anderson, Tianna McCarthy and Peter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Elizabeth Curran, Dianne Olson and Bonnie Kurt; two brothers, John Kurt and Thomas Kurt; and her brothers-in-law, James Curran, William Olson and Donald Wipperfurth.
A private Mass of Christian Burial was held with burial at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery.

Bev loved Christmas shopping for her family and those she held dear to her heart. She would make sure she knew what people liked and picked out each gift so she knew she would make those she loved smile and share her joy for Christmas

I am so sad to hear about Bev's passing. I had the pleasure of being Bev's Case Manager , caregiver and friend for quite a few years. Bev was an extremely caring, compassionate and strong willed woman. She also had a fantastic sense of humor. She loved her family and caretaker, Kitty with all her heart. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten. My heart felt condolences. xoxo

I loved Beverly Geraldine Kurt very much We had a lot of wonderful times together she loved going to the fireworks with me and Tony she also loved listening to Tony’s band and going to family outings with us She will be missed greatly and I am forever grateful that I knew and loved her We can’t forget about Yahtzee
