Thomas J. Wake

Sun Prairie - Thomas James Wake, age 72, of Sun Prairie, passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at the VA Hospital in Madison. He was born on Sept. 20, 1948, in Columbus, Wis., the son of James Wake and Renee (Redkte) Wake. Thomas graduated from Madison East High School. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed playing pool and playing the lottery. He also loved walking, listening to music and praying. Thomas is survived by two sisters, Debra Wake and Patricia Wake; three nieces, Alisa (Paul) Rew, Heidi Williams and Ashley (Salvatore) Discalia; nephew, Vernon Williams; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Alton Wake; and mother, Renee Lorraine Wake.
