I am so sorry to hear this. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Haven't seen you all in forever but I have great memories of my childhood because of all the time we spent together. Your mom always made me feel welcome and will be forever etched in my mind. Hope you are all well, happy and let me know when you have the celebration it would be incredible to see you all again. Dear Gail, Gwen, Jill, and George, Ken and I were saddened to see that your Mom had passed away. I think of her often and the years she spent with my Dad. The trips to Naples, the dinners shared, the holidays with family, and her love of card games. Ken still remembers when my Dad wanted him to meet Doris in Fort Atkinson and they waited for her to come out of church services one Sunday. To Gail, Gwen, Jill, and George, I was saddened to hear about your mother's passing. I had periodic contact with her after she married my uncle Gordon. Each time I saw Doris she was gracious, and enjoyable to be with. I felt that she had the ability to be genuinely interested in others. (I officiated at their wedding.) Best wishes and peace to you.
