A very good neighbor and a gentleman too. My first encounter with Rolf was when as a new resident of the Crossing Condominium, I sought his help in changing my fire alarm battery that kept making this terrible sound. We became friends since then. Much as I was younger and stronger and he frail, until just last year, he insisted on taking my weekly garbage to the curbside. When my husband Francis visited from Chicago, we enjoyed our visits with he and Bonnie. He will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace.

My condolences to Bonnie Jo and all the family, friends and loved ones Rolf left behind. He was a gentleman, a neighbor and neighborly, and a friend who made me feel like I was the only person in the world each time I had the honor of speaking with him. I will miss him dearly.
