Dear Johnson Family: Please accept my heartfelt sympathy and condolences for the loss of Mrs. Helen Johnson. Helen was a dear friend and longtime member of our congregation, at ST. Luke's Episcopal Church, for as long as I can remember. I also remember your dad, Mr. Roy Johnson, and how on Sunday mornings when he and Helen brought you kids to church. My father, Lendell Alston, thought you were the nicest family. I will greatly miss your mom, because I know that she was a kind soul, who I talked to, at coffee hour, after church services on many occasions.
