Nancy Marie Radl

DEERFIELD - Nancy Marie Radl, age 72, of Deerfield, passed away on Monday, Nov. 23, 2020. She was born on Nov. 20, 1948, in Beaver Dam, the daughter of Harry and Alma (Lauer) Bobholz. Nancy graduated from DeForest High School in 1968. She married the love of her life, John Radl, on July 6, 1968, in Madison and was proud of celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary two years ago. Nancy worked for Oscar Mayer for many years before retiring. Nancy put others first and was a wonderful support to her family. She enjoyed attending her children’s and grandchildren's activities. Nancy will be fondly remembered for her amazing cooking - especially her baked beans and German potato salad. She was an avid reader, loved tending to her flowers and watching the Hallmark Channel. She loved the adventure of taking road trips and spotting eagles along the way. Nancy is survived by her husband, John; three children, Renee (Brian) Bindl, Russell Radl and Ron (Bridget) Radl; three granddaughters, Kara Jo (Kyle Boedefeld) Radl, Brooke Bindl and Lily Radl; four grandsons, Brandon Bindl, Logan Radl, Shawn Galway and Tyler Hinze; two brothers, Martin (Sandy) Bobholz and David (Janet) Bobholz; and sister, Carolyn Beneditz. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Duane Bobholz; and son, Richard Radl. Visitation will be held at IMMANUEL EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 138 County Road BB, Marshall, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 30, 2020. Burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, social distancing and face masks would be recommended.
