Bill Rice was well known to all educators and coaches throughout the area. His legacy will live on through his incredible children. How lucky I was to get to know and learn from Pat. My sympathy to his family and friends.

A wonderful Man! Once a semester he would invite me to his classroom. As a Correctional Officer, I would show a slide show of prison life. Then, ask for volunteers to be "Cuffed Up" in front of the classroom! What a "HOOT!" Loved Bill Rice!
