We would like to offer our sympathies to Ray's family. Our daughters are his neighbors, "the girls". We have so many great memories and stories we can share from the last 5 years. Ray was just a great guy, with a quick wit and always a challenge that was too hard to pass up...see his World Series ticket for his seat right behind 2nd base! We are going to miss visiting with him. A fellow Cub's fan! Challenging the girls to find crazy souvenirs on our last few trips...special rocks from Arizona! Just a really fun guy to be around! Thanks for sharing him with us! Tom and Marianne Pigott and family

Ken and I are saddened to see this. Uncle Ray was a positive role model for Ken, especially in his adolescent years. Uncle Ray was so kind to me. He was a talented, kind and gentle man with a great sense of humor. We will always remember him for his smile and ability to make all around him smile. Our sympathy, Ken and Mary Lou Mepham

To Susan and Gail and families, I am so sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of our times together as kids. As cousins we shared family events together. As we grew older, those times together grew fewer. I will always remember the smile, wit, and humor of your dad. Later Sue and Lois became close friends and Lois was crushed when Sue passed away. Ray was a great guy! He’ll live on in our memories. Thinking of you wishing you strength during this difficult time.
Love to you both. Tom Erickson
