one time we had a family gathering and we were all just having fun and being ourselves. tyrell came up to me and said ‘you got something on your shirt’ and I looked down and he bopped me in the chin. it was the funniest thing ever. I’ve heard that joke before but never by family and when he did it, it was different because it was him and family.

well son what can I say to you but I am honored to have been your friend. I must say we have spent many many many hours just hanging out and being silly. You are a fine young man in my book and until I get to the other side I will hold our memories in my heart. You never did teach any of us the techniques to your cooking I'm sure I will ever have any food that was as good as yours especially on the grill. I loved you young man and you will always be in my heart. You were taking home way too soon but that was not by my choice. As long as I am on this Earth everyone in your family will still be welcome at Big Momma's House but it will never be the same without you. rest in heaven and be watching for me I love you Tyrell.
