Our deeply sincere condolences to the Lien and the entire Dennis family. Diane's quiet and serene nature, along with her steadfast and tenacious patience, allowed her to soar.....despite the disease that she faced. I am so sorry to hear about Diane. She was a great person and music educator. I would see her once in awhile when she taught at Kromrey middle school and I was observing a student teacher.

My condolences to Greg and family! I was one of Diane's many students at Belleville High. I have so many wonderful memories of Diane while at Belleville but a special memory I have took place after I graduated. She heard I was majoring in Theatre at UW-Stevens Point and asked me to come to her Choir Class to "inspire" her students to audition for the high school musical "Bye Bye Birdie". She also asked me to sit on the audition panel for the musical. Both were wonderful learning experiences for me. Diane gave me the confidence to follow my true path! I owe her so much!
