My mom Betty Jane Howard was Don's cousin. Growing up together they were very close! My mom wouldn't eat egg whites and Don didn't like the yolks so two eggs would feed both of them! My grandmother was Delilah Jane Bierce, sister to Ruby Bierce! I had the pleasure of meeting Don and his wife when we took my mom to Wisconsin on vacation with us! It was an honor and a pleasure to meet the man who was the center to many stories i heard when growing up! So sorry for your loss holding you all in my heart, my thoughts and my prayers!
