I worked with Lee at Forms Pro for many years. He was a great co-worker and always had fun with him on the job. He would share his tuna fish sandwiches with me that Judy made because I told him she made them just like my mom used to! Always dedicated to the job and he truly cared about all of our customers. My sympathies to your family as I'm glad he was a part of my life and made work enjoyable!

Lee sure will be missed, although I haven't seen him since 1964 when we "The Venturas" disbanded and he got married. That's when Pat B., (drummer), and myself (Bass & singer) joined the Marine Corps. We met Lee when I was playing music with the "Chancellors", we kicked out our Lead Guitar, Danny Lee, and took on Lee S. and played lots of gigs throughout WI and IL. I still have pictures of the old bands. We sure had a lot of fun together, I could tell your grankids some GREAT stories.
You were a great Rock & Roller Lee.
I'll bet that you are playin' a MEAN Harp now.

Lee and I, along with Jim Hanson and Lowell Pomeroy formed he Del Rays in the summer of 1964.He was an excellent lead guitar player and I learned many new songs from him. I wil be forever grateful to him for introducing me to an instrumental called " Lariat", a tune recorded by the Legends of Milwaukee. Lariat became our theme song and we opened wi h it every night. Lee was a good man, may he Rest In Peace.

Sorry to hear of Lee’s passing. He was a great co-worker. As Michelle mentioned, Lee was very generous with his sandwiches. Peace to the whole Swenson Family.

Lee and I went to grade school together, and were great friends. We would go to his grandmother's house, and enjoy the best treats. She made great pastries. Out of Lapham, I went to Central, Lee chose to go to East HS. After high school, we both had an interest in playing in bands. Although at the time I wouldn't admit it, he was much more talented than I was. Some years later we reconnected, he was working for a printing company and dedicated to his profession. We exchanged internet jokes and other "stuff". I had a thought today to look him up and found this Obit. Sad day, I wanted to remise our various times and shared girl friends. He was terrific. My life would be different had we not been friends. Rest in peace my friend.
