OREGON - Helen M. “Merlene” Harper, age 91, of Oregon, passed away peacefully at Agrace HospiceCare on Friday, May 7, 2021. Merlene is survived by her daughter, two sons, their spouses, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Franklin Harper Jr. We wish to thank the staff of Sienna Meadows in Oregon and Agrace HospiceCare.
