MADISON - Anna Mae Prust, age 84, of Madison, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025, at Dimensions Living. She was born on November 13, 1940, in Fort Atkinson, the daughter of Paul and Cyril (Peltz) Brady.
In 1957, Anna graduated from Fort Atkinson High School. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and later attained her master’s degree from Edgewood College.
Anna married William Prust on October 20, 1962. She was employed with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for over 30 years, retiring from the Forestry Division.
She was an avid reader and had an inquisitive mind, always wanting to learn new things. She was a faithful member of Glenwood Moravian Church in Madison, where she sang in the choir.
Anna is survived by her son, Ronald Prust; grandchildren, Tyler and Sierra; former husband, William Prust; and nephews, Dan and Paul Prust. She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandchild, Sterling.
