Saroeup Pov was definitely an avid gardener. He had a large plot at the Marlborough Park Community Garden from 2002 to 2019 and was signed up to garden here again this year. The last time I saw him at the garden, he greeted me in the most friendly way. He was completely genuine and a gentleman. I will greatly miss him at the garden.
