Duane Eugene Willadsen

I guess it was time to head 'em up and move 'em out for the last time, Uncle Duane. You are much loved and will be truly missed.

The volunteers, flight team and board of Badger Honor Flight mourn the loss of their hero, Duane Willadsen. We are thankful for his military service and so very sorry we were unable to take him on the trip to Washington, D.C. Our sincerest condolences.

Duane was one of the great ones. Favorite memory was when we won the Fitchburg softball league with him as our player-manager. He was so happy. Rest In Peace, Duane.

I met Duane a few years ago at the coffee group. A gentleman, a leader, a Christian and proud to be married to Donna Mae. We will miss him!

Oh Donna, I am so sorry we lost track of each other over the years. You and Duane were so much fun for Bev and me. Duane was the best, and so are you. I will let Bev know. Love, John Scepanski
