I go way back as a little girl in Richland Center where Minnie was my dance teacher and she tried to teach an awkward little girl hoe to tap dance. Years later when I was had moved to Madison with my family, the Feltons bought our house on Myrtle Street and I spent the summer babysitting for the first three Felton children when they were very small and I spent every day with them when their Mom went back to work. We spent our days in the park, we rode the city bus to the end of the line where there was a McDonald’s at the end and eating icecream cones we got back on the bus for our ride back home. The Feltons were a wonderful family and even after all of these years I remember so much of the. Bless your hearts Felton family, you have a wonderful block of memories to keep in your hearts.

Marv and Monnie were the very best neighbors you could have. They were my neighbors on Havey Rd. for many years and my Amber and their daughter Amy were the best of friends and still are. Now Marvin is with his soulmate, Monnie and rejoicing in Heaven with her. My sincere sympathy to his family at this time and may God bless and comfort you all. Jane Polnaszek-Gray

A TRUE gentlemen .I am saddened to see his passing, I enjoyed working with Marv at OM . He was always a fair and honest man representing his fellow union members. The work place and the world were a better place because of Marv.

Dear Feltons, What a great pair were -- and still are -- Marv and Monnie! They were "almost" neighbors of mine on the north side of Madison and good church friends for many years, and their ability to attract groups of people led me to create to create a new brand-new sociability noun: "Monnie-nucleosis"! Marv was a notably stable and steadfast presence for everyone, and I was always cheered to meet up with him hither and thither over recent years. The publisher Edward W. Bok (founder of the Ladies' Home Journal) used to quoted the admonition "Make you the world a bit better or more beautiful because you have lived in it." Marv did just that, and I'm grateful for the blessing of know him. May our LORD comfort you all at this time of passage, Mary Lou Daniel
