There are few people like Becky. We have had the privilege of being neighbors for 20 years. She was a wonderful woman, full of life and determination. Each time we saw her we were greeted with a smile, she had an infectious smile, laugh and booming voice. Though they were not, we referred to them as Grandma Becky and Grandpa Jessie, it just stuck when the kids were little. I found her to be real, she said what needed to be said and I always found her candidness refreshing and humorous. We watched the family grow, age and grow some more. She was proud of her children and grand children and her eyes would light up when she would talk about them. She will be missed and remembered as someone who didn't quit , didn't back down and carried on. God Bless! Love the Bakkens

Our condolences and prayers for the matriarch of Ms. Becky's family whom she cherished. It was her love of life (and bingo) that persevered her terminal diagnosis for 7 years. Anyone looking at her, including physicians, were shocked with her appearance and the cancer that was consuming her. Ms. Becky was the most giving and generous person to her family and people she didn't know. I was saddened when there were less smiles and more struggles. Covid-19 didn't help during this critical time as she was a social butterfly. As my neighbor, friend and bingo buddy, may you be at peace, along with the love of your life, Jesse. May God keep you and bless you, and never be forgotten. Love you girlie...Sue and Maurice
