Obituary
MADISON - Ronald Edward Wolf, a Hero in his family’s eyes, as he fought thru treatments, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 31, 1961, in Appleton, the son of Ronald Wolf Sr. and Charlotte (LaGesse) Wolf. Ron graduated from Oshkosh West High School with the class of 1979.
Ron worked as the Director of Environmental Services for St. Mary's Care Center (now, SSM Health Care Center) for over 20 years. He was dedicated to his job and valued the friendships he made with co-workers and residents. He enjoyed camping, fishing, outdoor activities, listening to classic rock, watching movies, and attending Green Bay Packers and Brewers games. He especially found so much joy in making others smile and laugh as a magician and comedian. Most of all, he will be missed as a true family man. From dance recitals to softball games and everything in between, he never missed a special event involving his daughter or niece.
Ron is survived by his mother, Charlotte (Lowell) Millisor; daughter, Terese (fiancé Peter Jamrozinski) Beier-Wolf; sister, Mary Erdman; and niece, Alyssa Erdman.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Location and date will be announced on Facebook and shared with close family and friends in the coming weeks. Memorials may be made to American Lung Association, 13100 W. Lisbon Rd., #700, Brookfield, WI 53005. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.

Char, mike, terese, peter, mary and alyssa.. you are all in my heart and in my prayers. Sending lots of love and hugs to you. Ron was a great older cousin. As a child I would laugh at his silly jokes and watch in awee as he shared his latest magic trick with us. He was a true entertainer. Ron had a way to lighten up a stressful situation with his quick wit, and wonderful sense of humor. I always knew if there was a family gathering where he was present, it would be fun. Even this past year, when things were tough, he was smiling and laughing. Ron passed on Feb 29th, a special day that comes around every 4 years. Special is definitely how I would describe Ron.

Oh Ron... I will always remember you welcoming me into your family and treating me like family. All of the wonderful get together's and memories we have shared. I will always be grateful for that and for introducing me to Terese. I promise to keep my eye on her and love her like my own. Fly high my friend. I am glad you are at peace. Love and hugs to you all during this difficult time.
