Obituary
MADISON - Evelyn Ann Garber passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024, in Madison, Wis. She was born in Shorewood, Wis., on Sept. 28, 1928.
Evelyn received a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. After college, she met her husband, Earle Garber, she married and moved to Wisconsin Rapids to raise her four children. Ten years ago, she moved to Madison to be near her sons.
Her hobbies were singing in local community groups, women groups and watching MSNBC.
Evelyn is survived by her children, Corey, Jonathan (Derek) and Susanne (David). She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lynn; parents, Benjamin and Marie; and brothers, Carl and Harold.
A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
