Frances G. Broughton

Frances and I met in Garden Club, and discovered we were both holding Oak Hill Picnics - she was having long time and former residents and my husband and I were working to get to know everyone to form a Neighborhood Watch. We became friends and both began going to both parties. One of our young daughters decided to investigate under our table in Frances's garage. She met Christi Lee under there and they have remained friends ever since! Frances was a warm and loving friend and I am lucky to have a ceramic piece she gifted me. My husband Michael adds "and she was the best neighbor anyone could ask for!"
