words can not express my grief at losing you. you were my pillar of strength, my mentor and were always there when I needed you. in addition to your family, you touched hundreds of lives in the Madison community. I worked with Doug for 10 wonderful years. He became an extremely close friend who I really cared about. We had great talks about history , politics, life and work! I learned so much from him.
