Thomas J. Loshek

RIP Tom. The Joppa family knew Tom & his family from the beginning growing up on the East side of Madison. Tom was a good friend to my brothers and even became involved in a relationship with me for some time during the early 1980's. He loved with his whole heart and was generous to me and my girls.
