Mary Rita Topper

After we were both retired, we shared several lunches. I even took Topper to Paisans for her first time!? She loved anchovies on her salad. Miss you dear friend💕💕💕💕

My deepest sympathy and sincere prayers to Skip and Family. I first met Mary as a Madison General patient. She was called upon to put an IV in my arm, as I was a "hard stick". She also was my primary RN on various occasions. When I became a RN, I was fortunate to work with her on 6 Tower at then Meriter Hospital. Mary's laugh, smile and jokes were plentiful and made a shift easier. You will be missed Topper. I hope the golfing is top notch in Heaven.

Mary was a great friend and was especially kind to my father, he was a great fan of her pies, which she made him on his birthday, and of the challenge of a good pinochle game. RIP Mary, I hope you have already made Bill a pie and you beat him the first game of many to come...Trish Brodd

I was so sad to hear that this beautiful lady has left too soon. I loved playing golf with Topper and Bob and I had a blast meeting her mom and learning about Topper's roots. Topper was so full of life and really knew how to enjoy it to the fullest. Everyone should follow her example. You will be missed and always remembered.
