Bruce Carson Young

So sorry to hear of Bruce’s passing our prayers to Lee and all the family. Mark and Christine Ravis

Lee, Paula, Pam, and Scott, I'm very sad to hear of the loss of your dad. I have to share a story that I'm still very proud of, and I know that Bruce was too. Bruce, Coach Young was coaching the B team softball team at St. Dennis when he should of been the A team coach. Well he prepped us all year long for the last game of the year. After we went undefeated, we had to play the St. Dennis A team. Now this A team was full of cocky young hotshots that thought they were gonna just run over us. Well needless to say they didn't stand a chance against us. I know coach young was so proud of that game. Definitely without a question, he was the best coach I had. Love you. RIP. DAVE RING

Bruce was a very dedicated Father to all his kids. He took exceptional pride in what they did. I was lucky enough to be a teacher and hopefully a friend to them at St. Dennis while they were growing up. I still have a newspaper picture (I had sent to Paula to get her autograph) of her in the State Girls Basketball Tournament. Bruce was a wonderful respected man and will be remembered fondly. We are so sorry for your loss. Bruce was always so kind, loving, proud, and funny. I will miss our conversations at family events and how much he cared for his family. It won't feel the same without his presence. I'm sure he is smiling on his family on all that they have accomplished and their love for God and family.

Bruce was a longtime great neighbor of ours. We will miss meeting up with him at the fence and listening to his stories! Our thoughts and prayers are with Lee and family...Cindy-n-Tim
