My sincere sympathy to all of Doris' family! She smiled the most when she talked about her children and grandchildren and great grand child. She missed Jim so very much and is now with him in heaven.
I would like to share a few memories I have of Doris. I met her when I worked at Culver's. We were given a uniform to wear at work and there were always clean aprons to wear when we came into work. But Doris always wanted to look just so...very neat and clean. She would take home an apron and wash is. There was no lint or stains to be found on her apron. I wonder now if she didn't even iron the apron. She looked better than everyone else.
I loved her smile. When she was happy she had the best smile.
In the past couple of years when I came to visit, we would go to bingo together. Bingo started at 2:30 so she wanted to leave by 2:05 to get a place to sit.. (There was always room for everyone.) There were two types of chips to cover the numbers and she liked one type of chip much more. She would trade with others to be sure she had the chips she liked best. She was happy if she got bingo and won a piece of candy. She didn't eat the candy she won. She took it back to her room for any visitors she might have.
.
I miss her. I wish I could attend the funeral but we will be in Florida when the service is being held.
Bye Doris. I love you. Enjoy heaven. Heidi Pease

Arnie Esser was my dad and Doris's cousin. Arnie and his brothers would work on Uncle Ed's farm where Doris lived. During my childhood we visited the Fredericks. Kendall, Keith, and I fished on the Wisconsin River, another time we played until exhaustion basketball at their home. My dad kept several pictures of Doris and I have two; one of her and my aunt LaVerne and one of Doris standing next to a car on the farm, the dates are approximate and fall within 1947 and 1950. The last time I met Doris was long ago, at Lucy Russell's wedding. It's unfortunate life takes us all on divergent paths for my experiences with your family are good ones. We express our sympathy and give our prayers to you at this time.

Sincere Sympathy to the family of Doris. I am extending my thoughts and prayers as I am the sister of Theresa Ziegler. Doris and Theresa were best of High School friends and forever. Now the two of them are together in Heaven rejoicing over their enjoyable times together years ago. They were in each others weddings and remained friends forever. I used to stay at the Breunig home when I attended St. Norbert's School if the weather was bad, because I lived by Springfield Corners. Wonderful Parents and family togetherness. Peace and Love to you the family members.
