Sam, The day my family moved into the neighborhood many years ago, you and Bev were the first ones we met. You made us feel welcomed immediately. You will surely be missed. Rest in peace my friend. To Bev and family The years have flown by but there is no way the memories have faded. The Schoep's years hold many wonderful friendships. Bev, Pam, and all of the Sines family- My condolences on this huge loss from your family. Although I haven't seen you all in many years, I am so saddened on the loss of this man who at one time I considered like a 2nd father to me. I will always remember his great sense of humor, kindness, and friendship. Spent a lot of time at the Sines house and have a lot of great memories of your whole family. When I was out at my mom's after my dad passed, I would see him drive by and he always had that great smile and a friendly wave if I was outside when he drove by.
