Sarah Basting

I went to school with Sarah from grade school all the way up to graduating from high school. I wasn’t very close to her but I remember her pretty much always having a smile on her face. My sympathies to all family and friends. Michael Sutton

I only got to know Sarah recently through theatre and St Bernard’s. It was easy to see she had a passion for singing and performance. She worked so hard to do everything that was asked of her. Through it all, she smiled and giggled like she was never bothered by a thing. This kind of faith and joy is so rare in these modern times. I found it truly inspiring. My fondest memory will always be the little chats we had after rehearsals while she waited for her ride home.

I worked with Sarah in many musicals. She always made sure to say hi and ask about my day. She was by far the most enthusiastic and dedicated performer I knew and inspired me to give me all in every performance. She will be missed! Eternal rest, grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.

What a gem! Sarah, I will always remember you in the St. Bernard's Players theater and singing in the church choir. You were one year older than my oldest daughter and good friends. I will miss you very much! Sincerely, Sharon B.

I am so sorry to hear that Sarah passed away Sarah was a wonderful person and friend She had a great smile and it was wonderful to meet her at the Epilepsy Foundation heart of Wisconsin retreats We talked quite often and I have great memories of her She will be missed I will miss her My thoughts and prayers are with your family Betsy
