SUN PRAIRIE-Yvonne Jane Mulich, age 89, of Sun Prairie, passed away on Friday, Nov. 22, 2019, peacefully at her home. She was born on Nov. 1, 1930, in Wisconsin, to Lester and Pearl Putnam. She married Jack A. Mulich on Nov. 16, 1950, in Cottage Grove. Yvonne is survived by three grandchildren, Stephen (Sarah) Mulich, Renee (Dave) Bieri and Michelle (Doug) McLain; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Rollie Putnam; three sisters, Eunice Poteete, Lois Smith and Helen Buckley; and many other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Jack S.; brother, Glen Putnam; and her parents. At Yvonne's request there will be no services, burial will be held at Highland Memory Gardens, 3054 County Highway BB, Cottage Grove. Yvonne was my grandparents neighbor for many years on Northlight Way in Fitchburg. They became close friends and when my grandparents moved to assisted living Yvonee still remained in touch. She joined us for a number of our extended family Christmas celebrations at the clubhouse in the neighborhood as well. She brought lots of us many years of smiles and joy. We were sorry to hear of her passing. She was a lovely woman and will be remembered fondly by our family.

Yvonne and I were good friends and neighbors on Schneider Place in McFarland in the 1970's. We remained friends and we always met and celebrated her birthday on November 1st each year until a few years ago. I tried to get in touch with her without success. She will be so missed and hope she is now at peace and free of all pain with her Jack and Steve. Our deepest sympathy to the family.
