You will be so missed, I will cherish the kindness and wisdom you showed when my father passed. Your hug could heal the world.

"Gus" was a consummate gentleman and true friend. We worked together at Kipp for over 19 years. His passion for people and "his" customers was a trait I admired and could only try to emulate. Truly one of the most honest sincere people I ever had the privilege to know. He was one to know all about you, your family, and your interests. He was a great listener and he will be sorely missed by everyone who had the pleasure to meet him.

Alice: So sorry to hear about Gus’s passing. He was truly a gentlemen and consummate professional. He always had a smile and was the nicest person I ever have known. My sympathies to you and your son. He will be greatly missed. Ann Miller

I am so sad to hear of Gus’ passing. I smile every time I think of him and his love for living. Such a good guy who touched so many in a positive way. I was thrilled when I learned that two of the nicest people in our class got married! Grace and comfort to you and your family, Alice. We’ll see you later, Gus. “God, yeah!” Todd “Cheeks” Patterson

Alice; Dan and I were shocked when we saw the obit in this mornings' paper for Gus. You guys were tremendous neighbors for 24 years and his whistling (every time he was outside) was a pleasant sound for the entire neighborhood. Our condolences to both you and your son.
