I have lost a friend. We many not have seen much of each other with time, but she always had a place in my heart. One day we met for lunch, on the wall was a picture of a railroad engine our fathers had worked for that railroad. She may be gone, but our memories will be with me forever. There is a hole in our lives. You have been such a big part since we met due to our love of dachshunds. You and Pat gave us our beloved family of Howee, Loree and Edee. Our times together at Nippon followed by a fire with all the dachshunds gathered around chewing their pigs ears are some of my favorite memories. Loved surprising you with the limo ride on my 50th Birthday. We saw Elton John and Billy Joel in concert together. Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners together. Birthday lunches. I could go on and on. You are now at peace and no longer in pain. Give Tekla, Howee, Loree, Edee, Fuzzy and BeeBee hugs from me. Rest In Peace my dear friend.
