Jerry, I will miss you very, very much. You only lived a few blocks from me and I enjoyed walking up the street or riding my bike to visit you and Avon. I wish I would have done it more. We go back a long, long way. So many stories, so many good times. You had a sense of humor and a laugh I will miss so much. You fought so hard with the medical problems you had, so hard, but you wouldn't give up. I remember the many times you told me that you told the doc what to do if you didn't like what your treatment plan was. A fighter you were. I will still walk or ride up to 3 Elgar Circle and visit with Avon and help her out if I can. Rest in Peace "cous" I will miss you a lot. Love, cousin John.

Our deepest condolences to all. I am so sorry I could not get to the funeral. There are so many great memories and other photos it would be nice to include, including Jerry teaching Blaine to throw a knuckle ball, in the park on School Road, while I pushed Aleta in the swing over and over. Or Jerry, Mike, dad and I fishing on Big St. Germain when it kept raining every time we got to the middle of the lake. The look on Jerry's face cracked everyone up - he did NOT like getting wet. Plus it is nice to see those images of him delivering bread. I often rode along on his Willy St route. He talked to EVERYONE in every store - a storyteller indeed. He will be missed.
