So sorry to read that Paul passed away. I'm certain he will be dearly missed by wife Evelyn and their daughters. As a writer/editor for CUNA, I worked with Paul on several occasions, and he was a true professional and a gentleman. I have his book on credit unions 1970-2010 in our library. Evelyn and daughters can take solace in that Paul will always be with them in their hearts and minds.

Paul and my husband roomed together when Pete was first a student in Madison. Paul, Evie, and then Liz, and Gwen have been in my life ever since, even though we have lived many miles apart for most of that time. He will always be in my memory and my heart. What wonderful conversations and adventures we all had. His books are on my shelf, his family will remain close.

Paul and Evie sat in front of me for years at St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church. We Episcopalians are creatures of habit I guess. They were delightful worship companions--kind and interesting. I'm sorry to hear of Paul's passing and wish Evie and the rest of his loved ones peace and healing as they mourn this lovely man. Gail Jordan-Jones

I will miss seeing and talking to Paul at Pinnacle Health and Fitness. He was a fixture there with his book and exercising on the NuStep. I admired his friendliness and curiosity. He was always asking about my daughter and what job she had this month. You could obviously tell he was a brilliant man, but he never put on airs of phoniness. I look forward continuing to seeing his wife, Evie, at the gym....hopefully she will share more Paul stories and let us enjoy him a little longer. I miss you already Paul, and will forever see you on that NuStep. ( Eric Pangman) aka Pancho308)

I had the honor of working closely with both Paul and Evie as a member of Mindseye , a radio writing group. It was a critique group and both were unfailingly kind and helpful with their observations, as well as being skilled writers themselves. Kind, funny, helpful people whose obvious affection for each other was sweet and inspirational. Ill never forget their waltzing in my kitchen to one of Paul’s musical compositions during a party. My heart goes out to his family.
