I’m sorry to hear about Bob’s death although he lived a long and productive life. I had the honor of knowing him through the friends of Bill He was a man of integrity, honesty, and faith. The obit doesn’t mention his brave service in WW II. He also was helpful to many people, had a great smile , and was very much respected. I will miss him. Thanks Bob for a good life.

I knew Bob Evans as a nice man and loving father, having grown up a few houses down the street and being a childhood friend of his daughter Diane. He will be deeply missed and remembered so fondly. Terri Hamilton

I was sad to hear of the passing of Robert Evans. My first introduction to "Uncle Bob" came on a road trip in Wisconsin with his niece Barb. She lovingly described this man to me including but not limited to aspects like his work ethic, his caring quality with his employees when he had his business and his wonderful adventurous spirit. It was not too long after that I met the man with "the smile". Although the meeting was brief, "Uncle Bob" was friendly, warm and welcoming. I was fortunate to see him a couple of times after that. I am grateful to have met this husband, father, veteran and friend to many. My sincere condolences to his family. Michael D Stewart
