I had the honor of meeting your dad as a “buddy” of his on the Badger Honor Flight. What a wonderful and loving man he was. I truly enjoyed meeting him. I remember how touched he was on the flight home when they did roll call and delivered mail to all the veterans. After he started reading his first letter from home we both had tears running down our faces and he decided he would save his letters to read when he got home. Then we arrived at the airport to the wonderful home coming and both were crying again! We decided we were both “softies”. He was so happy to see his family welcoming him home. Jim, I don’t know you or your family. I wish I had had that privilege. I was so touched by the obituary you wrote for your dad I had to write and let you know! Your dad must have been an amazing man to raise such a special family! My prayers are with all of you as you grieve his passing! My next donation to Agrace will be in his name!-

I had they honor of Jack being my boss & mentor as a cabinet maker for 7 years,he was the best boss I ever had! Patient, forgiving, and kind. I learned a lot from Jack, Heaven must need cabinet makers cause they just called home the best one I've meet. God Bless you Jack.
