We extend our deep sympathy to the Stan Dingle Family in honor of Stan. Stan and I were Delta Theta Sigma Fraternity brothers at UW and we both were Agricultural Engineering Students. Although our work careers took decidedly different paths I always remembered Stan as a great engineer and friend. Attending the Delta Theta Sigma Alumni gatherings together the past several years was a great way to continue our friendship. May the many good memories you have of times spent together bring a smile to your face as you pass this time of grief. Don and Emily Henderson

Stan taught me how to ride a bike. It was on Lake St. one night when he stopped over for dinner maybe? Anyway he grabbed the back of my bike and down the street we went, except I think he let go about 10 steps in, and I never knew.
I don't think Stan ever knew what a great friend he was to Dad, Jim White. One rule of AA was to give up your drinking friends and find others, well exactly what Dad did when he and Stan hung out. I know Stan was important not only as a friend to Dad, but as a person he could be around with out the temptation of drinking.
He is the killer of all the Dad jokes in the world ever told.
The world lost a special man Sunday, but Dad got his friend back.
Thoughts are with all of the Dingle family from the White family in Eau Claire W

Deepest sympathy to Marlene and all of Stan's family on the loss of a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. As a fraternity brother, I enjoyed visiting with him at our annual Mature Alumni Reunions. May his life's memories sustain you during this time of loss and grief. Blessed be his memory. Stan was a devoted Engineer who always placed work ethics and accuracy above everything. It was an honor for me to have the opportunity to be on the same design staff and to also be his supervisor. He needed no supervisor so that was the easy part. He was one who always did more than his share and was ready to assist others on their problems.
