My Dear Cousins,
Aunt Sharon was a huge ray of light in my life. I will always hold close the memories of my childhood when she, a young twenty-something, married Uncle Vess. Then when you both showed up on the scene it became a laugh riot. So lucky to be part of it back in Chicagoland 1980s. My fondest memory is when I was 13 (about the same age as my son Cal) and I was playing cello - getting ready for a recital - Aunt Sharon was so encouraging and pleased to be hearing music . (even with all my flubs) . Now when Cal plays his cello I am assured that his music is being heard by a great fan.
Here is a goofy picture of a turkey baking and that incredible smile that brought so much joy to us all.
With love,

To Jamie, Jessica and family,
Please know you have my sincere thoughts and prayers during this most sorrowful time.
Sharon was a beautiful and wonderful person who would help anyone when necessary.
Your mother and father were wonderful friends to our family and we always had great fun while singing or playing games.
She will be missed dearly.
May God bless all of you.
Your friend always,
Ken

Sharon brought the girls to golf lessons with me every single week. Rain or Snow. Some parents/grandparents bring their kids and spend the entire time on the phone disconnected. Sharon watched every shot, was a cheerleader and an assistant coach. Not for one second did her enthusiasm seemed forced. She loved Domenica and Athena. She rooted for their success like it was her own. Every grandparent should aspire to be as supportive and attentive as she was.

Life seems to go by much too fast and it seems like just a few years ago when Sharon and Vess got married. Sharon's service was a celebration of her oh- so encouraging and joyous character, no matter what she was facing.
It was a privilege to be greeted and treated like another member of the family!
Continuing to lift Jess and Jamie and all the family during this tough time...live and grace to you all!
The Texas Coles, Bob, Shaon and our whole family.
