Sidney Pringle

My favorite memory of Uncle Sid is when he taught me to waterski. He was so patient as I fell, fell again ... and again ...! After what seemed like hundreds of tries and many words of encouragement from Uncle Sid... I did it!! Not many people would have been as patient as he was that day.

The volunteers, flight team and board of Badger Honor Flight mourn the loss of their hero, Sidney Pringle. We are thankful for his military service and proud to have served him on his trip to Washington, D.C. on May 21, 2016.

I have known Sid for I think the past 6-7 years! He came to the Princeton Xpress club to exercise! Sid was so special! I talked with him EVERY time he came, even during his last visits! He struggled, but he was a fighter until the end! I truly considered Sid my friend!! I will miss him! But Sid!! You fought a good fight! Love and Peace to you!! Your forever friend, Delores Harrison
