David K. Strand

For more than 10 years, David has been a wonderful teacher to Madison College OTA students and a good friend to me. Out of the blue he called and volunteered to let the students practice working with a real person before they headed out to clinics and hospitals. The students often commented that working with Dave was one of their favorite experiences and that he helped them overcome much of their nervousness about becoming a therapist. David had great stories and and a wonderful sense of humor. I have really enjoyed knowing him and have missed him these long months while he was in Milwaukee. Condolences to his family and friends and especially to Norma.
