I remember when we would go out to his house to celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve, sang Christmas Carol's and ate homemade cookies and popcorn balls. Having our family together Celebrating Christmas all those Christmas Eve's were so awesome! You will be truly missed Uncle Phil!😢❤

So sorry you had to go alone Uncle Phil. You are/were loved by many and you will also be missed by many. I remember our times together with the Operas that were put on in your room when I was a little girl. I loved my opera stars and their beautiful gowns that you painted on their characters. RIP with Grandma and Grandpa and my Mom.

My condolences to Phillip’s family . I worked with Phil at UW Extension for most of the 1970s. Not only was he was professional to the T, but he was very personable. I learned a lot about his love of miniatures from him and missed him when I left for another position . I am saddened by this news but I know he gave joy to those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
