BELLEVILLE/STOUGHTON-Michael Leo "Mike" Garske, age 65, of Belleville, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019, at his home. He was born on Oct. 13, 1953, in Madison, the son of Norman and Patricia (Van Etten) Garske. Mike attended Madison East High School and graduated from Madison Area Technical College and Morraine Park Technical College. He worked as a printer for UW-Madison retiring in July of 2015. Mike enjoyed working on cars, including buying and fixing them. He also enjoyed fishing. Mike will be remembered for his sense of humor and his shit eating grin. He always found the silver lining in any bad situation. Mike is survived by his children, Michelle Garske, Christin Garske; Ezra Garske, Morgan Garske and daughter, Cameron Garske; siblings, Sandy (Bill) Morgan, Jerry Garske, Patty (David) Knudtson and brother, Tim (Julie) Garske. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Roger Garske. A visitation will be held at GUNDERSON STOUGHTON FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 1358 Hwy 51 Stoughton, from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2019. Mike you were in my eyes a great man. You were full of crap but you did have a heart if gold. You spent so much time in lige with my son and did teach him a lot. I will miss you my friend. Rest in peace my friend

Children of Mike please know I’m very sorry for the loss of your Dad.
