Dennis Lee Harbort

MADISON-Dennis L. Harbort, age 76, of Madison, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2019. He was born on Dec. 4, 1942, in Madison, the son of Robert and Alice (Johnson) Harbort. Dennis graduated from Monona Grove High School in 1962 and later served in the U.S. Navy. He met and married Patricia Lutterman. Dennis enjoyed sports, especially the Brewers, and was an avid golfer. He loved nature and being outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and the mountains. Dennis was kind, and always thought of others before himself. He loved being together with his family. Dennis is survived by wife, Patricia Harbort; sons, Troy (Barb) Harbort and Todd Harbort; sister, Doreen (Gerald) Huggett; brother, Daniel (LeeAnn Pinson) Harbort; and nephews, Matt (Lina) Huggett and Timothy (Rose) Huggett. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Corey Harbort; and granddaughter, Amanda Harbort. Dennis will we buried at a later date at Roselawn Memorial Park.
