She collected Coleman irons and was active in the Coleman collector community. Pat was a big Wisconsin sports fan, (UW, Packers, Brewers, and Bucks) especially of UW Hockey. She and Jerry held season ticket for over 40 years. Pat had an optimistic outlook on life and a positive attitude She tolerated her children, loved her grandchildren and adored her great-grandchildren. She had an uncanny ability to know when someone needed a hug, a pat on the back or a kick in the ass.
