So sorry, Siegers and Oppers, for your loss of Stephanie. She exuded strength and determination in the onslaught that ravaged her body. Finally now, she can be at peace with that battle. In spite of all she dealt with, Steph lovingly cared for others as evidenced in her nursing care and love of family. I loved Steph, especially her ' happy" eyes and beautiful smile that she delivered to our front door when she lived in West Bend. She will be sorely missed but all of us. Remember the good times with Steph and give her a smile which I am sure she will see.

Stephanie was the first friend I ever had. She is one of the stronger women that I will probably ever know. I will remember her zest for adventure, her love of travel, her creativity and imagination, her kind and caring heart, and her smile and soft subtle laugh. I will cherish all of our memories in the neighborhood, at the big hill, riding our bikes and swimming at Regner Park, our first unchaperoned trip to the movie theatre, Karl’s popcorn while watching Star Wars, visiting each other after she moved to Burlington and then to Waukesha, her wedding celebration to Paul in the park, and so much more. One of the last memories I will hold dear to my heart was her visit this past summer with Paul and Lucas. We were able to enjoy wine on the patio and reminiscing about our youth. Love you always and forever Steph!! Until we meet again....

I worked at the Carbone Cancer Center with Stephanie and remember her as a compassionate and considerate human being in every way. Stephanie always had a warm smile and greeting for everyone and was such a bright light to all she shared her care and compassion with. I am truly sorry for your loss.
